Piotr Marciniak, CEO Talent Bridge

Enthusiast of new technologies and agile approach to implementing innovative products. He supports businesses in the process of employing appropriate staff by implementing psychometric tests adjusted to the needs of each organisation. He shares his expertise by giving lectures and on-line workshops. Graduate of Kozminski University with major in Strategic Management. He also studied at Nagoya University of Commerce & Business in Japan as well as at Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in Mexico. Talent Bridge greatly benefits from his experience gained in international corporations and the knowledge of trends on foreign markets.

Monika Marciniak, Learning Agility Specialist, coach and psychologist

Graduate of Complutense University in Madrid, with majors in Management and Diplomacy. Certified coach, specialist in positive psychology, emotional intelligence and Learning Agility. She has acquired knowledge and experience by working in multiple international companies and completing trainings provided by a renowned clinical psychologist and Psychology lecturer at Complutense University in Madrid, Miguel Angel Rizaldos Lamoca.

Michał Rosołowski, Business Development Manager

Having been working in the recruitment business for over 10 years, he specialises in improving recruitment effectiveness by implementing process automation technologies. He believes that the modern recruitment process is working on reliably studied competences of the candidate. Always wearing a smile on his face, you will never hear him use corpo-babble. Previously, a sales lead at Absolvent Group and co-creator of Europe’s most modern job fair, which has transformed the popular attitude to modern employer branding. Privately, an enthusiast of fish-keeping, sailing and enjoying life.

He is responsible for supervising the entirety of works on psychometric tests offered by Talent Bridge.

Prof. Marta Wrześniewska-Pietrzak, Ph.D.

Lecturer at the Institute of Modern Polish Language Grammar and Onomastics, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

She is responsible for co-creating tests measuring verbal thinking skills. I make sure that the questions verify reading comprehension competences in an accurate and reliable way.

Karolina Ruta-Korytowska, Ph.D.

Lecturer at the Institute of Modern Polish Language Grammar and Onomastics, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Łukasz Rąbalski, Psychometrist

He is responsible for implementing algorithms which select test items based on IRT (Item Response Theory) principles. He also checks the quality of tests once they have been implemented.
