Digital & AI Talent was developed by Talent Bridge experts in collaboration with research institutions and is based on the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp 2.2).
It is a modern diagnostic tool that examines six key areas of competence essential in today’s digital workplace.

Advanced technological safeguards minimize the risk of using external assistance such as search engines or AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT), guaranteeing an authentic measurement of digital skills and AI-related competence.
The test includes built-in monitoring and anti-cheating mechanisms:
- Full-screen mode prevents switching between windows,
- Active camera monitors the test session in real time,
- Detection of mobile phones or external devices,
- Automated alerts for unusual user behavior,
- Average completion time – around 20 minutes, ensuring focus and consistency of results.

How much does it cost?
We charge based on the test units used – you decide how many tests you want to use. The price per test ranges from PLN 99 to PLN 220 net. In addition, we offer the possibility to personalize the questions and adapt them to the realities of your organization – this way you will achieve a better candidate experience.
