ADJUST THE TEST TO YOUR COMPETENCY MODEL
If you feel like the tests you are currently using are not adjusted to your needs, you should change them. The solution you are seeking can be adjusted to many criteria, which result from:
- the expectations of your “clients”, e.g. line managers;
- complex competence model.
If at the recruitment stage you verify these criteria solely during an interview, the candidate assessment may be less objective and not in line with the opinion of other recruiters. Using tailored tests you make sure that the candidate will be suitable for the job.

What are the steps of our cooperation?
We will specify the job profiles and competences required by your company.
CREATION OF PRELIMINARY QUESTIONS
In cooperation with experts, we will prepare preliminary testing items. The entire process will be supervised by a psychologist and psychometrician from the University of Warsaw.
At this stage, we will perform normalization in a group of 500 people, compare the results with other tests and with the results of your company’s employees. This will allow suitable and reliable test items to be picked.
IMPLEMENTATION OF TESTS INTO THE SYSTEM
Tests will be imported into the Talent Bridge system, from where they will be sent to the candidates. Keep in mind that the period from the first organizational meeting until completion of this stage may last a month.
TRAINING AND FURTHER COOPERATION
Once the tests are input into the Talent Bridge system, we will invite all of your relevant employees to participate in a training. Moreover, we will provide you with a psychometric manual which will include information regarding testing process. We will be at your disposal throughout our entire cooperation period.
